The store lives on your site, with your design, next to your services and bookings.
Customers search by name and filter by the attributes you define, such as color or material.
Photos, descriptions and price on every product, with “Sold out” shown automatically when stock runs out.
A simple cart and a secure Stripe checkout. Card payments go straight to your Stripe account; TugsWeb takes no cut.
Flat-rate shipping to the countries you choose, local pickup, or both.
No tax, a flat rate, or automatic tax with Stripe Tax.
Every order arrives by email and in your console, ready to mark shipped or picked up, or to refund.
Step 1: Customers find what they want
Your catalog ① has search and filters built from your product attributes, so a shopper can narrow 40 tables down to the blue ones in a click.
Add a product finder flow and customers get a recommendation from a few questions instead.
Step 2: They open a product
Each product page ① shows photos, price, description and stock. Sold-out items stay visible but cannot be added.
Old product links keep working after you rename a product.
Step 3: They review the cart
The cart ① lets customers change quantities or remove items before checkout.
Until card checkout is set up, the cart can send customers to your contact form or Messenger instead.
Step 4: They pay securely
At checkout ① customers choose shipping or pickup, enter their details and pay by card on Stripe's secure page.
You both get an email the moment the payment goes through.
See it in action: Oak & Iron Furniture
Daniel makes furniture in a small workshop. A customer filters the catalog by color, opens the Aspen Coffee Table, adds it to the cart and chooses local pickup. The payment lands in Daniel's Stripe account.
Daniel sees the order in his console, prepares the table and marks it picked up when the customer collects it. If a customer cancels, he refunds the order in one click.
Behind the scenes: products and orders
Add products with photos, prices, stock and the attributes your filters use ①. Group products into categories without touching a spreadsheet.
Every order has its own page: payment, delivery choice, customer details and a timeline. Mark it shipped or picked up, or cancel and refund it. Unpaid checkouts are cancelled automatically.
