These terms are an agreement between you (the business that signs up, "you") and [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("we"), which runs TugsWeb, a service for building and running a business website with online booking, quotes, lead capture and a product catalog (the "Service"). By submitting the sign-up form or using the Service you accept these terms on behalf of your business.

1. Your account

You must give accurate contact and billing details and keep them current. You are responsible for the people you invite to your account and for what they do in it. Tell us at once at [SUPPORT EMAIL] if you think your account has been used without permission.

2. Trials and subscriptions

A trial gives you a working site on a temporary address for the period we tell you when it starts. A subscription is a website plan plus any add-ons you choose; the price is shown on the sign-up form before you submit it. Subscriptions renew each billing period until cancelled. Taxes may apply. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the change applies from your next billing period.

3. Payments you receive

Payments your customers make on your site (deposits, orders) go to your own Stripe account under your agreement with Stripe. We charge no fee on them. You are responsible for your prices, refund policy, taxes and your relationship with your customers.

4. Unpaid subscriptions

  • If your subscription is unpaid, or your trial ends without a subscription, you keep full access to your console for 7 days. After that only the Billing page is available until you pay.
  • If it is still unpaid 14 days after it became unpaid, your public website is taken offline until payment is received.
  • If it is still unpaid 104 days after it became unpaid, your workspace (website, content, images, bookings, users and all other data) is permanently deleted.
  • We email your billing contact before each step. Paying at any point before deletion restores your website and console.

5. Cancellation and your data

You may cancel at any time; plans are month to month. After a workspace is deleted we keep a backup copy for 90 days (tenant_export_retention_days), only so a mistaken deletion can be undone, and then delete it permanently.

6. Domains

Domains you buy through us. You remain the registrant and legal owner. You authorize us to register and renew the domain through our registrar ([REGISTRAR, currently Porkbun]) using the registrant details you give, and to charge the registration and renewal fees to your payment method. Renewal fees may change; we will tell you in advance. If a fee stays unpaid after notice we may stop renewing the domain, and it may expire. You may ask to transfer the domain out at any time, subject to registry rules.

Domains you bring. You are responsible for registering and renewing your domain and for keeping the DNS records we give you in place. We are not responsible for downtime caused by an expired domain or DNS outside our control.

7. Your content and your customers

You own the content you put on your site. You give us the rights we need to host, copy and display it to run the Service. You are responsible for that content and for complying with the laws that apply to your business, including privacy notices to your own visitors and customers and the consent you collect before sending them messages. You must not use the Service for anything unlawful, to send unsolicited messages, to infringe others' rights, to distribute malware, or to interfere with the Service or other customers.

8. Planned maintenance and availability

We may perform planned maintenance, normally between 07:00 and 09:00 UTC on a weekday, with at least 7 days' notice by email to your billing contact. During a window your published website stays online, but visitors cannot submit forms, place orders or book, and your console is read-only. If our systems fail, your published website may keep showing its last published pages while we restore service. We do not promise uninterrupted service.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the Service or others at risk, or is required to be closed by law, with notice where we reasonably can.

10. Disclaimers and liability

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will email account owners at least 30 days before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the change.
